Project included the installation and configurations of the initial P8 environment and implementation of the gap analysis phase. The project tasks included gathering business requirements, sizing up the project and creating project plans in a dynamic environment. Deliverables were a custom GUI for the application built on top of the FileNet P8 Framework with full workflow process automation and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) to legacy systems using FileNet P8 3.5 BPM components.

Team lead managing role for the Workflow Development team on this large size BPM implementation at SBC Communications (currently AT&T) through Fujitsu Consulting. Project goal was to automate and re-engineer all Win-NDS pre-sales business processes at SBC. Solution was based on FileNet P8 BPM suite spanning four different environments running Windows 2003 servers and Oracle RDMS.
