Immediate challenge is to manage the delivery of a large upgrade and migration project from FileNet Panagon (Content Services and eProcess) to IBM FileNet P8 4.5.x BPM suite. Current initiatives include managing the delivery with the external vendor resources and ensure a solid solution architecture and infrastructure based on best practices to serve QP's current and future ECM needs, leading to an enterprise rollout of ECM within the organization. Future initiatives include an enterprise roadmap for ECM and BPM at QP in addition to a capture strategy.

BellSouth Communications (now AT&T) | Atlanta, GA

Lead Architect position with Fujitsu Consulting for a FileNet P8 BPM proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot implementation to automate the call center processes at Bellsouth (currently AT&T). Project included the installation and configurations of the initial P8 environment and implementation of the gap analysis phase. Tasks included gathering business requirements, sizing up the project and creating project plans in a dynamic environment. Deliverables were a custom GUI for the application built on top of the FileNet P8 Framework with full workflow process automation and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) to legacy systems using FileNet P8 3.5 BPM components.

SBC Communications (now AT&T) | Hoffman Estates, IL 

Team lead managing role for the Workflow Development team on a large size BPM implementation at SBC Communications (currently AT&T) through Fujitsu Consulting. Project goal was to automate and re-engineer all Win-NDS pre-sales business processes at SBC. Solution was based on FileNet P8 BPM suite spanning four different environments running Windows 2003 servers and Oracle RDMS.

• Implemented and presented ECM and workflow demos for the business sponsors and users
• Mentored and supported the application developers and new team members with FileNet P8 API's capabilities and best practices
